At Willow Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened skincare and cosmetic items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include your printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
